Pool Drinks

Want to cool off after a hot day at the pool? You’ve invited some friends round and want to serve a “real” pool drink? Then mix one yourself. It really is simple!

Swimming Pool

* 2 cl Vodka

* 2 cl Cream

* 1 cl Blue Curacao

* 2 cl Cream of Coconut

* 6 cl Pineapple juice

* 2 cl White rum

* Crushed ice

 

Shake all the ingredients (except for the Blue Curacao) thoroughly on ice in a cocktail shaker. Sieve into a tropical glass filled with crushed ice. Then float the Curacao Blue on top by pouring it onto the drink over the back of a spoon.

 

For decoration: Stick a piece of pineapple and a cocktail cherry on the edge of the glass.

Whirlpool (alcohol-free)

Pool Drink

* 2 cl Cream

* 2 clCuracao Blue Syrup

* 2 cl Orange juice

* 8 cl Pineapple juice

* 2 cl Coconut syrup

* Crushed ice

 

Mix everything well in a cocktail shaker. Sieve the contents onto crushed ice in a balloon glass.

 

Decorate with a piece of pineapple.
