Since entering the swimming pool business over 45 years ago, BAYROL has been following the goal of making swimming pool care easier, better and safer for people. Since then we have also been on the lookout for a newer, better product and newer, better methods. Our vision is to ensure that BAYROL products guarantee swimming pool enjoyment.
The customer takes centre stage
It is the customers who decide if a business is successful. This is why for years the same question has always been posed before any BAYROL decisions are made: What does the customer want? Market research, practice tests, surveys and the analysis of around 10,000 incoming telephone calls help us to recognise the wishes and problems of swimming pool owners and orientate our activities accordingly.
Developing superior technology and products
Ongoing research and development is prerequisite for the creation of superior products. At BAYROL high standard R&D has been carried out since the 1960’s. There is no other company in the world that does more work in developing even better swimming pool care than the research teams at BAYROL and BioLab, our American mother company. The result of these activities is not just patents and innovations but also ongoing improvements of well-known BAYROL products like DuoTab or Multibloc.
An environmentally friendly company
As far as possible, the packaging of BAYROL products fulfils the legal requirements and the desire to have more environment friendly packaging. All cans, bottles, buckets and canisters are made of environment friendly materials (PP, PE). Plastic containers rinsed out with water are highly suitable as reusable materials.
So far as legally permitted, BAYROL uses packaging that is ideal for recycling.
